This website is owned by Miss Cat Nails Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 9632031 whose registered office is 483 Green Lanes, Palmers Green, London, N13 4BS. We use the terms "we", "our" and "us" throughout our terms and conditions and our customer service pages to refer to Miss Cat Nails.
We have made every effort to display the products on the site in their images as accurately as possible. However, the colours we use, as well as the display and colour capabilities of the equipment you use to view our site, may greatly affect the colours you actually see on the screen. We cannot be held responsible for this. We cannot guarantee that your equipment's display of colour, texture, or detail of the products will be the same as the actual product.
We cannot retrospectively apply a promotional code to your order. If you place an order without correctly applying the promotional code, we will be unable to reimburse you the discount once the order has been placed. If you are having any difficulties in applying a promotional code or believe the code to be faulty, please contact our customer services email@example.com and they will be happy to help.

We are not responsible for any harm or damage that may occur incidental to any product of, or related to Miss Cat Nails. We reserve the right to refuse service.

We'll try and get your nail goodies to you as soon as we can — we know you’ll be dying to get your hands on it!

Next Day Delivery (ordered before midday) £6.95

International Delivery £12.95
Please allow additional time (up to 10 working days) for shipping and delivery during sales, promotions and seasonal events (such as Christmas).
For freight and wholesale orders please contact us directly and we will deal with your bulk order email@example.com. We reserve the right to re-quote delivery charges for orders that are very large.
As a United Kingdom based company we charge in GBP (Great British Pounds Sterling). Please make sure you have converted the value of your order to your home currency.
Customers in the European Community are not subject to any import duties. USA and all other countries may be charged import duty depending on the value of your order. We (Miss Cat Nails LTD) are not responsible for any customs duties, they are the responsibility of you the customer. We will not be held responsible for any currency or import duty issues. We have made every effort on this website to ensure our customers are aware of these issues.

There is a product out of stock. When will it be re-stocked?
We try to re-stock every month and if a product is being discontinued it will be removed from the site. You could always email firstname.lastname@example.org for details of specific items
When will my order be shipped?
We aim for the next working day but during busy weeks allow 3-5 working days please.
Can i get a refund or exchange?
Yes of course! As long as the packet hasn't been open and used and nothing is missing or damaged then returns can be sent back to the head office:

Refunds need to be within 28 days. Once returned please email email@example.com with your order number and we will arrange a refund swiftly.
What if my purchase was damaged or faulty?
In the unlikely event of your goods being faulty or damaged we will offer to replace your purchase at no extra charge, or we will offer a full refund. The damaged goods must be returned, to enable us to claim off our supplier or couriers. Faulty goods must be reported to us within 3 working days. If we are not informed within this period a refund will not be given.
If returning faulty goods customers should inform us by email prior to returning the goods, and await a confirmation email that your items are expected.
What if i have a complaint?
The team at Miss Cat Nails would hate to think that they have not pleased a customer and not done there best to deliver so if you do have any suggestions or complaints contact our head office and we will do our best to respond to your problem as quickly as possible. Complaints should be made by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and will be acknowledged within 3 working days. Your complaint will be dealt with fairly and confidentially and we will keep you fully informed of the progress.
